Are you a real estate-savvy professional with a passion for people and results? We are seeking an experienced and proactive Inside Sales Agent (ISA) who speaks the language of real estate and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a virtual position supporting a high-performing real estate team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As our ISA, you’ll play a critical role in converting inbound and outbound leads into scheduled appointments for our agents. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients and prospects, so professionalism, energy, and follow-up are key!
Primary Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound leads via phone,
Place outbound prospecting and follow-up calls to potential buyers and sellers
Manage and update leads in the CRM and ensure they are on the appropriate drip campaigns
Set up property listing alerts for buyer leads
Schedule appointments and coordinate agent calendars using shared Outlook tools
Qualify leads and match them with the right agents based on their needs
Perform general admin duties including website updates, filing, and communication support
Handle rotating weekend lead coverage as part of the team schedule
WHO YOU ARE:
Experienced in real estate (required)
Tech-savvy, especially with CRMs (CINC experience is a major plus)
Skilled in Google Docs, Sheets, and Microsoft Outlook
A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills
Comfortable and professional on the phone
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Have a fast, stable internet connection (at least 200 Mbps) and a distraction-free home office setup
