Role Overview
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to join our remote team. Your primary mission will be to eliminate operational friction, ensuring our projects flow smoothly, deadlines are consistently met, and our clients receive outstanding service. You'll play a key role in enabling our team to focus on higher-level strategic work by expertly managing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Weekly:
- Morning check-ins with leadership: Reporting key KPIs, deadlines, and priorities.
- Task management in ClickUp: Ensuring tasks are updated, reminding tea ---------- mbers of upcoming or overdue deadlines.
- Social media content scheduling: Collecting video files, generating captions, and scheduling posts via Metricool.
- Internal communications: Coordinating materials between tea ---------- mbers internally

Client Project Support:
- Assisting with onboarding new clients and organizing client folders.
- Preparing briefs and brand kits (using Canva).
- Coordinating client communications and scheduling meetings.
- Managing the flow of creative assets between the internal team and clients.

Ideal Skills and Qualifications:
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp and social media scheduling tools like Metricool.
- Comfortable using Canva or similar tools for basic design tasks.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written English skills for clear client communication.

Work Expectations:
- Remote (Philippines-based preferred)
- Full-time availability during US work hours (CST Chicago time)
