We are a US-based junk removal company looking for an impeccably reliable, highly organized Virtual Assistant to join our customer support, marketing, and operations team.
You'll start at 20 hours/week, with the opportunity to grow into 40 hours/week within a few months based on your performance and company needs.
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities Include:
* Send a daily report summarizing completed and ongoing tasks
* Prioritize and respond dynamically to high-urgency tasks (especially missed call recovery)
* Manage posting and scheduling across Instagram,
* Write simple, engaging captions based on provided images and themes (we will train you and provide AI tools)
* Monitor and respond to Google Business Profile reviews within 24 hours
* Upload receipts and perform basic data entry into Google Sheets and QuickBooks
Future Opportunities (Based on Performance):
* Assist with inbound phone sales (booking incoming leads) — including bonus pay for performance
* Increase to full-time (40 hrs/week) with expanded responsibilities

Core Required Skills (Must already have):
* Excellent written English (you’ll be writing public-facing content)
* Highly reliable internet connection
* Strong attention to detail (small mistakes cause big problems here)
* Comfortable with Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Sheets
* Able to follow detailed written instructions (SOPs)
* Basic familiarity with Slack (or similar chat tools)
* Comfortable learning new apps/tools quickly
Preferred/Bonus Skills (Nice to have):
* Fluent spoken English (for future bonus opportunities in phone sales)
* Familiarity with QuickBooks (for expense logging)
* Familiarity with CapCut (for basic video editing)
Software We Will Train You On (No prior experience needed):
* BrightLocal or Metricool (social media scheduling)
* WhatConverts (call and form tracking system)
* CRM or Trello/ClickUp (lead tracking and task management)
Compensation:
* Starting Pay: $4.50–$6.00/hour depending on experience
* Paid training
* Pay raises based on reliability, quality of work, and initiative
