JOB OVERVIEW

BASE SALARY + COMMISSION OF $1 USD PER 1,000 VIEWS.

We are hiring a Content Strategist who is highly skilled in video editing and audience retention strategies.

This is not just a technical editing role, you will be responsible for crafting magnetic hooks, maintaining high retention rates across all video formats, and deeply understanding our audience psychology to boost engagement and FOCUS on VIRALITY.

If a VIDEO goes VIRAL, we will compensate towards that with the COMMISSION ESTABLISHED above.

You will work closely with our internal team to create, edit, and strategize videos that captivate audiences on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Experience is a MUST.

Results oriented and action oriented.

Editing short-form and long-form videos with a strong focus on creating thumb-stopping hooks and maintaining viewer retention throughout.

Strategizing video content based on audience behavior, brand goals, and platform-specific trends.

Analyzing video performance metrics (retention rates, watch time, CTR, etc.) to continuously improve future content.

Developing new content ideas that align with audience interests, market trends, and brand voice.

Writing effective hooks and captions when necessary to complement video content.

Working with the marketing team to optimize posting schedules, thumbnails, and video titles for maximum performance.

Bringing creative, audience-first ideas to weekly meetings.
