JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a smart, tech-savvy AI automation specialist based in the Philippines to join our team full-time. Your main responsibility will be to implement and manage AI-powered workflows that help streamline our business operations and marketing systems.

If you enjoy problem-solving, are comfortable with tools like ---------- , n8n, ChatGPT, Airtable, GoHighLevel, and other automation platforms, and love building systems that save time and reduce manual work—you’ll thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up, build, and maintain automations across platforms (e.g., lead capture forms, email sequences, task tracking, CRM updates)
- Connect APIs between tools using automation builders (Make, n8n etc.)
- Implement AI assistants using ChatGPT or custom GPTs for specific business functions
- Create documentation for workflows and help identify new automation opportunities
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and update automations as our business evolves
- Work closely with the founder to turn high-level ideas into real-world systems

Requirements:

- Proven experience with automation platforms like Make (Integromat), n8n, Zapier etc.
- Experience working with ChatGPT, OpenAI API, or similar tools
- Comfortable using productivity tools like Airtable, Google Sheets, Trello
- Ability to follow SOPs, execute accurately, and suggest improvements
- Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a proactive mindset
- Must have a reliable internet connection and can work during Singapore working hours

Nice To Have:

- Background in coding or API integration
- Experience working with CRMs (e.g. Keap/Infusionsoft, GoHighLevel)
- Familiarity with building chatbots or AI assistants
