About the Role
We are a fast-growing 8-figure health and wellness DTC brand seeking an ultra-detailed, hyper-efficient, and speed-obsessed E-Commerce Executive Assistant to manage the most critical aspects of our business. If you excel in rapid execution, have a meticulous approach to task management, and thrive in high-pressure environments, this role is for you. You will work directly with the CEO as part of a lean, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Extreme Attention to Detail
Monitor TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Amazon listings multiple times daily for issues (suspensions, performance errors, etc.).
Ensure inventory and fulfilment timelines are met by relentlessly following up with suppliers and 3PLs.
Manage multiple spreadsheets and long-term projects while clearing any bottlenecks that hinder progress.
Speed-Driven Execution
Prioritize and execute tasks with urgency; most tasks do not follow deadlines but require immediate action.
Quickly solve problems—if it takes you two weeks to figure out a product launch, this role is not for you.
Constant Communication
Provide regular updates on critical tasks to leadership.
Immediately report any delays, risks, or broken systems.
High-Stakes Problem Solving
Identify and resolve major business risks such as payment processor failures, sudden CVR drops, or fulfilment bottlenecks.
Take full ownership of operational risk management across departments.
Ensure leadership is never the first to discover an issue—your proactive approach should prevent escalation.
24/7 Availability for Emergencies
Be prepared to work through the night or wake up at odd hours to fix urgent issues.
Handle tasks with immediate attention when necessary.

Preferred Experience
Background in e-commerce operations and marketing (Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon preferred).
Proven ability to manage suppliers, 3PLs, and fulfillment processes.
Experience troubleshooting e-commerce backend systems.
