What You’ll Be Responsible For
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll oversee 4–6 client accounts across Instagram, TikTok,
Core Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain platform-specific content calendars for each client
Write compelling, on-brand captions with strong CTAs
Schedule and publish posts using Metricool (or similar)
Respond to comments and engage in DMs as the client
Conduct basic community building through hashtags, follows, and story replies
Track performance across key metrics (engagement, reach, growth, leads)
Generate monthly reports with insights and optimization strategies
Communicate with project manager on client status, needs, and adjustments
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing social media for multiple brands/accounts
Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube platform trends
Strong writing skills and ability to adapt brand voice across clients
Solid understanding of metrics: engagement, reach, CTR, sentiment, etc.
Experience with content planning tools (e.g., Notion, Metricool, Later, Hootsuite)
Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple timelines without dropping balls
Bonus: experience working with youth sports brands, creators, or finance pros
