JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Part-Time Google Ads & SEO Specialist to drive inquiries and admissions for our assisted living and memory care facility. You will develop, implement, and manage effective Google Ads campaigns, and also implement SEO strategies to improve our organic online presence.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough keyword research for both Google Ads and SEO to identify high-performing terms.
Create compelling ad copy and develop a geo-fencing strategy within Google Ads.
Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.
Implement on-page and potentially off-page SEO techniques to improve organic rankings.
Track campaign success using Google Ads and potentially a Google Sheet for detailed analysis.
Stay updated on the latest Google Ads and SEO trends.
Collaborate with our team to align advertising and organic efforts with business goals.
Qualifications:

Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns with demonstrable results.
Strong understanding of keyword research tools and methodologies for both PPC and SEO.
Excellent copywriting skills for ad creation.
Experience implementing and managing geo-fencing in Google Ads.
Proficiency in Google Ads analytics and data interpretation.
Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently part-time.
Familiarity with the assisted living/memory care industry is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Sheets for data tracking.
Time Commitment: Part-time, flexible hours.
