We will not respond or consider applicants for interviews without the above being provided in the initial inquiry. This position is a Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday Shift - 9 am to 5 pm Arizona Time in the US, no more than 32 hours a week.
Job Duties
Assist the Maintenance Team with the following:
Customer Service
- Assist with company mainline calls and general customer service inquiries
Assisting
- Daily follow up on scheduled and completed work orders with tenants to determine satisfaction and make appropriate updates to Appfolio
- Daily follow up on assigned, scheduled and estimate requests with vendors and make appropriate updates to Appfolio (
- Create / Dispatch work orders at the direction of Maintenance Coordinators
- Upload bills and estimates to work orders pending Maintenance Coordinators approval
- Act as a back up to Project Management Assistant for Inspection Assistance- Mid-lease, Pre-Move Out, Move Out/In
- Audit the recurring payables and related payables to confirm landscaping and pool service were completed and provide report to Maintenance Supervisor
- Onboard new vendors at the instruction of Maintenance Supervisor
- Daily follow up on assigned to do's through completion
Qualifications
• NBI and Police Clearance Required
• Personal Computer
• 25MBPS Internet Speed and secure router
• Must be willing to work during U.S. Business Hours
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, GoogleSuite, DropBox and Apple products
• Excellent organization
• Proficient oral and written communication in the English language
• Diligence, consistency, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to prioritize numerous matters and work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a dynamic virtual work environment
