We’re on the hunt for an experienced Hiring Manager who can consistently bring A-players into our high-performance book publishing team.
This role isn’t just about screening resumes — you’ll own the entire hiring engine. From sourcing standout talent on LinkedIn or Instagram to refining internal systems, your mission is simple: build a lean, elite team that drives results.

???? What You'll Do:
Build and manage a recruiting pipeline across all departments (copywriters, CS reps, marketers, etc.)
Own both inbound and outbound recruiting — across all channels
Manage HR tasks: contracts, onboarding, compliance
Craft and optimize hiring funnels to consistently attract top talent
Proactively seek out high-performers — don’t wait for them to come to you
Sell the vision of the company to inspire and convert exceptional candidates
Stay organized, write clearly, communicate well, and take full ownership of your pipeline
Work closely with leadership (you report directly to them)
Make sure we never settle for mediocrity — we only hire top-tier players
? Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or hiring management
Solid grasp of hiring funnels and modern sourcing strategies
Experience with fast-paced, high-performance team environments
Comfortable working US hours (required)
Creative problem solver — you find a way
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
