Jacobs Automotive Group is seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist with expert-level knowledge in Tekion CRM to join our innovative dealership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building robust CRM processes, developing dynamic templates, and optimizing workflow automations that drive exceptional customer engagement and dealership efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and optimize CRM workflows in Tekion, ensuring seamless customer experience and sales process effectiveness.
Create and manage sophisticated automation processes, including configuring advanced functions such as the Delay Task to enhance workflow flexibility.
Develop customized templates within the Tekion CRM to streamline sales, service, and marketing operations.
Analyze dealership CRM processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and implement best-practice solutions.
Train dealership staff on CRM utilization, workflow automation, and process adherence.
Continuously monitor, test, and refine CRM processes to ensure maximum efficiency and alignment with dealership objectives.
Qualifications:
Expert-level proficiency with Tekion CRM, particularly in workflow automation and process-building functionalities.
Proven track record of successfully implementing complex CRM workflows, including advanced features such as Delay Task functions.
Exceptional understanding of dealership operating procedures, sales processes, and customer lifecycle management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to design and improve CRM strategies based on performance data.
Excellent communication and training skills, capable of effectively engaging with tea
Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years experience managing CRM platforms, specifically Tekion.
Automotive dealership background highly preferred.
