Framer Developer (Business & Tech?Focused Web Design)
We’re looking for a Framer?savvy front?end developer to join our fast?scaling tech team on an hourly, ongoing basis. You’ll own the translation of Figma concepts and existing Framer templates into polished, high?impact web experiences—iterating rapidly, integrating new components, and collaborating closely with marketing, product, and design stakeholders.
--> What You’ll Do
- Evolve & Extend Templates: Rapidly update, personalize, and add new features to existing Framer templates—no reinventing the wheel, but elevating what’s already in place.
- Build Custom Components: Create or modify code components (HTML/CSS/JS) in Framer to support animations, interactive modules, and dynamic layouts.
- Translate Designs Faithfully: Turn Figma files or wireframes into responsive, accessible, SEO?optimized pages that load fast and look pixel?perfect.
- Iterate at Pace: Work on hourly sprints, incorporate feedback loops, and push updates multiple times per week—flexibility and speed are key.
- Collaborate Deeply: Engage asynchronously with cross?functional teams—product managers, brand designers, marketers—to maintain design system consistency and brand alignment.
- Optimize & Measure: Ensure pages meet performance, accessibility, and conversion benchmarks; partner with analytics/CRO leads on A/B tests and data?driven refinements.
What We’re Looking For
---> 3–5+ years of front?end/web development experience, with strong Framer expertise (including code components).
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and comfort writing and debugging within Framer’s code editor.
---> Deep understanding of responsive design, modern UI patterns, and web performance best practices.
---> Experience working hourly in fast?paced, remote?first, asynchronous teams—flexible schedule, quick turnaround.
---> Demonstrated ability to personalize and extend third?party templates, thrive on iterative design, and handle frequent feedback loops without tortoise?pace delays.
---> Solid communication skills: you keep tickets updated, clarify requirements up front, and ask questions early.
Nice?to?Haves
- Background in B2B/SaaS or tech/fintech websites.
- Familiarity with CRO principles, A/B testing frameworks, or analytics tooling.
- Experience with CMS integrations (e.g., headless CMS) or scalable component libraries.
- A portfolio showcasing dynamic Framer projects—from landing pages to product microsites—where you’ve driven measurable engagement or conversion lifts.
