Job Details
As a GoHighLevel Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring and managing the GoHighLevel platform to ensure seamless lead management, automation, and marketing efforts. You will work to improve operational efficiency, drive business growth, and enhance the client experience.
What You’ll be Doing
CRM Management & Automation
Manage and configure GoHighLevel CRM to ensure smooth workflows and client management.
Create automated funnels, workflows, and sequences to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
Develop strategies for lead generation and capture using GoHighLevel’s tools.
Lead & Client Management
Implement lead scoring and segmentation to ensure proper follow-up and lead nurturing.
Integrate GoHighLevel with other tools (Zapier,
Provide ongoing management and updates to client profiles and leads in the CRM.
Marketing & Sales Automation
Set up and automate marketing campaigns
Design and implement funnels for client acquisition, retention, and upselling.
Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve results.
Client Communication & Engagement
Set up automated text,
Design workflows to keep clients informed and engaged through automated touchpoints.
Provide analytics and reporting on the effectiveness of communication campaigns.
Design & Development
Create logos, branding assets, and visually compelling landing pages using GoHighLevel’s design tools.
Build fully functional landing pages tailored to different business lines and campaigns.
Assist with the branding and user experience for multiple departments and initiatives.
Training & Support Across Departments
Train internal teams across various business lines in using GoHighLevel for their specific duties and tasks.
Create step-by-step guides, SOPs, or training sessions to help others onboard and adopt the platform effectively.
E-commerce Integration (Shopify)
Support the Shopify Manager and HR Team by building and integrating stores or websites directly from GoHighLevel.
Help create automations that connect store operations, client communications, and post-sale follow-ups.
What You Bring to the Role
Proven experience working with GoHighLevel CRM or similar platforms.
Expertise in setting up automated workflows, funnels, and sequences.
Strong understanding of lead generation, marketing automation, and client management processes.
Proficiency in data analysis and campaign reporting to track and optimize performance.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Experience in integration with other platforms such as Zapier, Google Sheets, and
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in designing marketing materials or campaigns (preferred).
