Purpose: To support and scale our marketing output, especially across content, growth activities, and external/internal coordination. This role enables more consistent execution across channels and ensures the business remains responsive to cross-departmental marketing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Support creation and execution of content marketing, including blogs, EDMs, and social content
Help maintain the content calendar and coordinate timely publishing
Manage incoming marketing requests from other departments (e.g. finance/PR) and triage appropriately
Assist with performance reporting and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
Draft or source visual and written content as directed
Help coordinate campaigns and ensure assets are delivered to relevant stakeholders
Collaborate with brokers, developers, and executive team to meet cross-functional marketing needs
Ensure adherence to brand and compliance standards across deliverables
Ideal Candidate Attributes:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident with digital tools (e.g. Canva, Meta Suite, Mailchimp or equivalent)
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple content pieces and timelines
Enthusiastic about marketing and keen to grow in a multi-brand environment
Collaborative and responsive to both creative and operational requests
Comfortable coordinating across teams and escalating blockers as needed
Takes ownership of tasks and meets deadlines reliably
Bonus: Familiarity with real estate, insurance, finance, or regulated industries
