JOB OVERVIEW

DM Sales + Lead Nurturing Virtual Assistant (Remote | High-Level Only)

If you don’t have experience with fitness coaching sales or closing via DMs — this isn’t for you.

We’re hiring an elite-level Virtual Assistant who is confident in lead generation, sales psychology, and nurturing leads into booked calls without sounding scripted or pushy.

This is for someone who:
• Has experience booking high-ticket fitness or coaching offers
• Knows how to qualify a lead and handle objections with ease
• Is confident holding conversations in the DMs with clear conversion goals
• Thrives working independently (we’re not here to babysit)
• Is a strong communicator with attention to detail + excellent follow-up

Role Responsibilities:
• Daily outreach and nurture in Instagram and Facebook Upgrade to see actual info
• Follow and optimize scripts (but not robotically)
• Pre-qualify and book aligned leads onto sales calls
• Maintain clean and updated CRM/lead tracking sheets
• Regular communication with the team on what’s working, what’s not

This is NOT entry-level. You need to bring:
• At least 1 year experience in a similar role (fitness industry strongly preferred)
• Deep understanding of consumer psychology, buying decisions, and value-based selling
• Impeccable written communication and emotional intelligence
• Proactive energy — you’re not waiting around for instructions

This is a contractor role with potential to grow. You’ll be working inside a dynamic, women-led coaching business that values excellence, purpose, and getting results.
