We’re hiring a Customer Success & Enablement Specialist to help MSPs, VARs, and System Integrators succeed using our IT asset lifecycle management platform. This will be part-time 10–20 hours/week with the potential for long-term.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting customers via chat/email (and sometimes video)
- Creating clear, short training videos (using Loom or similar)
- Testing new features and documenting use cases
- Writing and updating help documentation
- Communicating with the product team about feedback and bugs
You MUST meet these requirements:
- Speak and write perfect English with zero noticeable accent (North American preferred)
- Comfortable speaking on video – you will need to send in a sample
- Experience working in or supporting MSPs, VARs, or IT resellers
- Experience with IT tools like CPQ platforms, Asset Management, RMMs, or Lifecycle Planning
- Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working with minimal instruction
- Available during US hours (at least 2–4 hours overlap per day, EST preferred)

- A list of tools you've used before (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask, Addigy, NinjaOne, Salesforce, etc.)
- What hours you are available each day in EST
- A brief write-up (3–5 sentences) about the most common IT asset lifecycle mistakes you've seen in past roles
Nice to Have (Not required but helpful):
- Experience creating documentation or onboarding guides
- Comfort with recording and editing videos
- Experience working at a SaaS company
