Schneider is the #1 fast growing medical Device and disposable glove brand based in California. We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Manager/Specialist who will drive our digital marketing strategies and lead the development of campaigns to build brand awareness and generate engagement across key platforms. This role will focus on managing social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), running online contests, collecting customer testimonials, and implementing SEO/SEM strategies and Email Marketing to ensure the success of our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

a. Create and manage independent product social media accounts across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
b. Develop and post regular engaging content related to the product, ensuring consistency with the brand’s voice and tone.
c. Run product education campaigns, promoting product features and benefits via posts, stories, and video content.
d. Collaborate with influencers to create engaging videos, showcasing the product and its usage.
e. Collect customer testimonials, photos, and videos from satisfied users of the product.

2. Paid Advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads):

a. Develop targeted advertising strategies on Facebook and Instagram to reach the relevant audience and drive engagement.
b. Create and optimize Google Ads (PPC) campaigns with a focus on driving traffic to the website and achieving a monthly visitor goal.
c. Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies as needed to improve ROI and conversion rates.

3. SEO & SEM:

a. Implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and drive natural website traffic.
b. Work on SEM campaigns, including keyword research, optimization, and performance tracking.
c. Analyze website traffic, search data, and customer behaviors to continually refine SEO and SEM efforts.

4. Analytics and Reporting:

a. Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns across channels.
b. Use analytics tools to report on social media growth, paid advertising performance, and website traffic to stakeholders.
c. Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvements.

5. Collaboration & Strategy Development:

a. Work closely with the product, creative, and sales teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with business goals.
b. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies to remain competitive in the digital space.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, paid advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads), and SEO/SEM.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools, particularly Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
· Experience with running online contests, giveaways, or similar engagement campaigns.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
· Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, and PPC platforms.
· Demonstrated experience in creating, implementing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
· Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique, engaging content ideas.

Preferred:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Experience in the e-commerce industry or working with consumer products.
· Knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools is a plus.
