We’re a high-performance digital marketing and SEO agency based in Melbourne. We are known for helping brands scale through strategic online campaigns, smart automation, and conversion-focused tactics. We operate 100% remotely with a small, efficient team. With our dev and VA in place, we’re now looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimise ad campaigns across Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

The Role

As our Paid Ads Specialist, your job is simple: drive ROI. You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and improving Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns across multiple client accounts (and some internal brands). You’ll work with Wade to strategise and execute campaigns that are not only data-driven but also convert.

You’ll also collaborate with our designer and developer to produce and test landing pages, creatives, and funnel assets.

Your Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
• Run and scale Facebook & Instagram Ads (lead gen, retargeting, lookalike audiences, etc.)
• Conduct audience and keyword research for targeting precision
• Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and native platforms
• Write compelling ad copy and suggest creative ideas for designers
• Build basic funnels in GoHighLevel (bonus) or assist with conversion flow setup
• Monitor, report, and improve based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion goals
• Provide regular updates via Slack and email, using Loom if needed

What Success Looks Like
• 30 Days: You’re confidently managing ad campaigns and reporting results
• 90 Days: You’ve reduced CPAs, improved CTRs, and established solid funnel flows for at least two client campaigns

What You’ll Need
• Proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads (min. 2 years preferred)
• Strong copywriting skills for headlines, descriptions, and CTA buttons
• Ability to analyse campaign performance and make fast, effective decisions
• Experience setting up conversion tracking (GTM, GA4, pixel events)
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
• Self-motivated, organised, and reliable in a remote work setting
• Comfortable using Slack, Gmail, and Google Sheets


Bonus Points For:
• Experience with GoHighLevel
• Familiarity with landing page builders like Unbounce, Leadpages, or WordPress
• E-commerce experience with WooCommerce
• Running A/B tests with Google Optimize or Meta Experiments
• Understanding of full funnel marketing and attribution models
