As a Senior Network & Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in providing high-level engineering and technical consulting to both our clients and internal team. You will manage network infrastructure, implement system solutions, and lead technical support efforts, ensuring that the IT systems are optimized, secure, and performing at their best.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide expert-level network and systems engineering support for clients and the internal team, ensuring their infrastructure is robust, secure, and scalable.
-Design and implement network solutions, including routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless systems.
-Oversee the administration and support of Office 365 environments, including troubleshooting, licensing, and user management.
-Conduct technical assessments and audits of clients' IT environments, providing actionable recommendations for improvements.
-Lead and mentor the client-facing service desk team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
-Collaborate with clients to understand their IT needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
-Troubleshoot complex network and system issues, providing guidance and solutions in a fast-paced environment.
-Create and maintain detailed documentation for clients, including system configurations, network diagrams, and troubleshooting guides.
-Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and proactively addressing potential issues for both clients and the internal team.
Qualifications:
-At least 5 years of experience in network engineering, systems administration, and service desk management, ideally in a client-facing role.
-Expertise in managing and troubleshooting network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless technology.
-Proven experience with Office 365 administration, including configuration, support, and troubleshooting.
-Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver excellent service.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical escalations.
