We’re Hiring: Social Media Lead Scout (Part-Time) – Aka Our Digital Detective

We're KY Home Solution, a next-gen property management company—and we’re not just waiting around for leads. We go get them. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a social media lead hunter—someone who knows how to spot golden opportunities on platforms like Facebook and reach out with the perfect hook. Tenants looking for a new place? Property owners struggling to rent their home? Yep, you’ll find them—and help us connect.

This is a remote, part-time position with a simple mission: find the people, start the convo, and pass the torch.

Your Daily Superpowers:
? Scrolling with purpose—hanging out in local housing groups, buy/sell pages, and tenant/landlord communities
? Spotting posts from:
– Tenants looking for places
– Homeowners trying to rent their place themselves
? Crafting smart, friendly messages that get replies
? Capturing lead info (contact, property, needs) and passing it to our team
? Thinking fast, writing smooth, and not being afraid to shoot your shot

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
?? Are super familiar with Facebook groups, comments, and DMs
?? Love interacting with people and starting conversations
?? Are organized enough to track leads and info
?? Have a basic understanding of property rentals (or are willing to learn fast)
?? Want to be part of a growing brand that’s shaking up the property game
