FULL-TIME COLD CALLING VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Hey! We’re growing fast and looking for a confident, clear-speaking cold caller to help us connect with more collection agencies and law firms across the U.S.
If you’re great on the phone, have a voice that sounds like you’re from the States, and love making real connections, this might be a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Calling leads and gatekeepers using lists that are provided or created by you
- Delivering a short intro pitch and identifying the correct contact
- Qiualifying prospects and setting them up for a meeting with a sales lead
- Logging call activity, notes, and follow-ups in our CRM (ZoHo)
- Suggesting ways to improve scripts or outreach based on call feedback
- Using DialPad Virtual VOIP
? What You Need:
- Perfect English with an American-sounding accent
- Strong WiFi and a quiet workspace
- A friendly but professional phone voice
- Organized and consistent with outreach
- Experience cold calling or phone sales is a plus
- CRM experience (ZoHo or similar) is a bonus
- Must be comfortable being on calls for several hours daily
- Phone call interview required if selected for next round
