JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and engagement-driven Content Creator to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be laser-focused on content creation and engagement, ensuring that our Facebook Page and Group remain highly active, engaging, and continuously growing.
Our Facebook Page has over ---------- ,000 followers, and our Facebook Group has more than ---------- ,000 members, and your content will reach over 50 million views every month.

Basic Requirements
- Proficient with Facebook
- Experience creating engaging posts for Facebook Pages or Groups
- Experience with Canva
- Experience with Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Sheets
- High proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, motivated, independent, yet communicative and collaborative
- Ability and openness to learn the exciting world of farming, including its vocabulary
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions to increase engagement.
- Be open to create content for other Social Media platforms, as the business grows

Responsibilities (What you'll be doing)
- Content Creation: Write engaging and relatable posts for our Social Media
- ---------- Creation: Design farming-related ---------- s using Canva
- Create content for Emails and WhatsApp groups (Note: This is not an email marketer position)
- Plan and schedule content
- Stay updated on industry trends
- Find viral content
- Evaluate content performance by analyzing engagement data
- Engagement & Growth Strategy: Have a content strategy to reach the required KPIs
- Leverage content for expansion of the business
- SOP Documentation

Working Hours
- Sunday-Thursday, 6 hours each day.
- Working from 2pm-8pm Israel time.
- Global salary of $550 / Approx. 32,000PHP.
