We're Hiring: GoHighLevel Specialist (Automation & Template Setup)
Location: Remote | Type: Contract / Freelance with Potential for ongoing work | Start Date: ASAP

We are a growing U.S.-based immigration law firm ready to scale our systems. We're looking for a GoHighLevel expert who can build out our account from scratch and make it work beautifully for our client-centered workflow.
This is a short-term project with the potential for ongoing, project-based work. If you’re a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who understands automation and client management — let’s talk!
About the Role
As our GoHighLevel Specialist, you will:
1. Set up and configure our GoHighLevel account (CRM, pipelines, triggers, etc.)
2. Build automations for client onboarding, reminders, follow-ups, and lead nurturing
3. Design and implement templates for
4. Integrate third-party tools (e.g., Calendly, Stripe, Hubspot)
5. Organize CRM with proper tagging, custom fields, and segmentation
6. Provide brief documentation or training on system management
7. Recommend workflow improvements and best practices
Qualifications
1. Proven experience with GoHighLevel (portfolio or examples required)
2. Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and workflow design
3. Reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented
4. Excellent written and spoken English
Bonus: Experience working with law firms, coaches, or service-based businesses
