We are seeking Order Manager trainees to join our dynamic National Executive Service Team (NEST).This career path will start with training & data entry duties for a minimum of 30 days.
Expert training will be provided to help you advance first to Customer Service representative & then to Order Manager. A custom training plan will be created for every candidate. Travel Visa Pro has a robust training program will provide ample informative training materials. Advancement will come with pay increase as well as commission opportunities.

The general order process steps are:
1.Call the client to "Activate the order" by introducing yourself & going over the steps in the order process & providing the order completion timeline.
2.Verbally instruct the client as to what information & supporting documents you will need from them.
3.Send the client an
4.Review the supporting documents & information the client provided & follow up with the client on missing documentation.
5.Submit the clients file to a form filler who will complete your clients forms for you.
6.Review the clients application & supporting documents for errors & take action to correct these errors.
7.Make any needed appointments for the client.
8.After the appointment,
9.Monitor the clients submission progress & inform them when their completed order will arrive at their home.
10.After the order is complete, call the client to thank them for their business, answer any questions & ask them to review us!
