JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a talented Web Developer with strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Git version control. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and building out websites—transforming designs into seamless, high-performing web experiences. You’ll design in Figma and collaborate closely with the team to identify opportunities, prioritise tasks, and deliver outstanding results.

Your daily responsibilities would include:

1. Sending a daily report of completed tasks and progress updates
2. Implementing front-end code in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (turning Figma designs into fully functional pages)
3. Managing and tracking changes with Git to maintain code integrity
4. Collaborating with tea ---------- mbers, ensuring clear communication, and addressing any design or development challenges.
5. Mentoring Junior Developers: Provide guidance, conduct training sessions, and offer constructive feedback to support team skill development. (This will not be required in your first few months)

To qualify for the position, you will need at least 3 year of experience in the following:

1. HTML, CSS, JavaScript
2. Git version control
3. Basic understanding of design principles and Figma

• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on clean, accurate code and design
• Able to follow instructions precisely while also contributing thoughtful insights
• Communicative and collaborative — comfortable working independently, yet proactive in coordinating with the team

The following skills aren’t required to apply, but they’ll help you stand out:
1. Experience with React and popular React UI libraries
2. Familiarity with AI tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT
3. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or graphic design tools
