Everyone will have 30 seconds each to introduce themselves and highlight their skill level with GoHighLevel. Once that's done I will immediately try to release half the group to save everyone time. For the remaining applicants, we'll talk through a couple of pages I've built or have in mind, and how we would do various parts. With that, we'll then land on a final individual (or two!).

Work hours will be 7am-3pm PH time so that you can have work-life balance instead of having to work in the middle of your night time. You're encouraged(!) to ignore messages outside of those hours and simply check them when your shift starts. It is a good idea to always show up a few minutes early instead of a few minutes late. Noise isolation / no background noise is important - sometimes we've had home and animal noises which prevented a successful work arrangement, so let's assume it's not a match right away if that is your situation.

We will have a trial period where the rate of pay is $100 for the first two weeks, and if the role continues to be a fit then we will increase to $250/month. As revenue comes in, we will aim to increase pay to $300/month and then $400/month and ultimately $500/month.
