Hiring: Graphic Designer for High-Performance Ads & Branding

We’re looking for a Creative Graphic Designer to join our team! We are a fast-growing agency helping e-commerce brands scale with high-performance ads and branding.

We need a designer who can translate strategy into scroll-stopping visuals—from ad creatives to branding assets for our agency and our clients. If you love crafting high-converting designs and have an eye for aesthetics that make brands stand out, we want you on our team!

Your Role:
As our Graphic Designer, you will:
? Create high-converting ad creatives (static images, GIFs, and simple animations) for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google.
? Design branding assets for both our agency and our clients—logos, packaging, and product visuals.
? Collaborate with our marketing team to refine ad creatives based on data and performance.
? Adapt and iterate designs quickly for A/B testing.
? Ensure brand consistency across all visual elements.
? Work with UGC & product photography to create polished, engaging ads.
? Stay on top of trends in design, advertising, and e-commerce branding.
