We're expanding fast, and we’re looking for a resourceful, fast-moving, detail-obsessed Account Manager to join our growing team of A-players.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured yet fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and knows how to drive results.

Must have proficiency in English.
Open to Asian-American, White-American, Filipino living in the U.S., or Filipino based in the Philippines, willing to work graveyard hours
Skills in Shopify are required
What You’ll Do
-Manage daily communication with clients via CRM portal
Maintain and optimize the GoHighLevel CRM (campaigns, pipelines, automation)
-Troubleshoot issues with lead tracking, forms, or automation
-Keep internal tracking sheets and dashboards organized
-Support in ad account checks, pausing campaigns, or making edits
-Ensure clients are always updated, and the pod is two steps ahead
-Prepare weekly performance reports for the Strategist
