What You’ll Be Doing
As an Automotive Buyer, your main role is to speak with customers over the phone, negotiate deals, and help them sell their vehicles. Don’t worry—it’s not hard sales. These are inbound calls only from people who already want to sell. Your job is to guide them, build trust, and lock in the deal.
Here is what you day to day looks like:
-Handle hot incoming leads from people who are ready to sell their vehicle
-Input their vehicle details into our CRM
-Figure out what to offer from our network of interested buyers
That's it! We have a lot of automation that helps with closing deals you lost, so even if a person doesn't take your initial offer, it's highly likely they will over the next few days.
What You Need to Succeed
You don’t need to be a car expert or have years of experience. If you’re great with people and have energy and empathy—you’ll do well. What we've found is that people who are good at this are really good at customer service. It's like reverse sales, you're offering the customer money for their product, not trying to get money from them to buy our product. As long as you're a helpful person, you'll do great.
Must-haves:
-Excellent spoken English
-Good internet connection, clean sounding headset and a reliable computer setup (2 screens preferred because while you're inputting the customer details, you can be getting a quote at the same time for the car.)
-Ability to work 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST (graveyard shift for you. There may also be times where we need you to work an hour later, OR a couple hours earlier. But this is only if someone needs their shift covered.)
-Friendly, helpful, and confident phone presence
-Comfortable with computers
-Not afraid of rejection—bounce back with a smile

Experience with Zoho CRM
Sales background
Previous work-from-home experience
Compensation:
Starting Pay: $4/hr + Commission + Team Bonus (everything you successfully buy earns 5% and everything the team buys, you get 1%. These pay out at the end of every month,)
Pay Schedule: Hourly is paid out every week (Will switch to Bi Monthly after a couple months and we trust each other)
