About the Role:
Offsite is on the lookout for a highly creative Social Content Creator to lead the charge on Instagram and TikTok. You’ll be the voice, vibe, and energy behind our brand on these visual-first platforms. This isn’t just about pretty posts—it’s about making content that stops the scroll, starts conversations, and builds a community that vibes with what Offsite stands for: connection, collaboration, and company culture done right.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative content ideas for Instagram and TikTok.
- Film, edit, and produce engaging short-form videos and visuals.
- Create ---------- s, trends, stories, and reels that reflect Offsite’s brand personality.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and DMs with warmth and personality.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and community growth initiatives.
- Stay on top of IG and TikTok trends, audio clips, and viral formats.
- Pitch new, creative, out-of-the-box content ideas regularly.
- Help build and nurture a community of brand fans, creators, and advocates.

You’re a Fit If You:
- Are fluent in English and love being active on Instagram and TikTok.
- Know how to shoot and edit short-form video content with your phone or simple tools.
- Understand what makes content go viral (or at least shareable) on each platform.
- Have a great visual eye and can whip up fun and brand-aligned content.
- Are a self-starter who takes initiative and owns their work with pride.
- Love bringing personality, humor, and authenticity to everything you create.
- Are always plugged into what’s trending and know how to make it relevant for our brand.
