We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant - Home Care Agency Recruiter to join our team. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified caregivers, CNAs, and home health aides. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in recruitment for home care or healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Post job listings on various platforms (Indeed,
Source, screen, and interview potential caregivers.
Conduct background checks and verify credentials.
Coordinate and manage the onboarding process.
Maintain an updated database of candidates and employee records.
Track recruitment metrics and report hiring progress.
Ensure compliance with state and agency hiring standards.
Qualifications:
Experience in recruiting, preferably in home care or healthcare.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and job posting platforms.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Preferred:
Previous experience recruiting for home care agencies.
Knowledge of home health regulations and caregiver requirements.
Experience with virtual hiring and remote recruitment.
