JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) freelance contractor to work with one of our clients. As a Paid Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing ---------- Ads and Facebook Ads strategies for 5-6 clients, ensuring optimal performance and ROI. This role requires a data-driven marketer with strong copywriting skills for ad content, the ability to analyze performance metrics, and a proactive approach to campaign optimization. While Google Ads experience is a bonus, expertise in Facebook and ---------- Ads is essential.

Own the strategy, execution, and performance of Facebook Ads and ---------- Ads for multiple clients.
Write high-performing ad copy, ensuring messaging aligns with audience targeting and brand voice.
Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and optimizations.
Report on key metrics and performance trends, offering actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals.
Work with creative assets provided to execute effective ad campaigns.
Stay updated on platform updates, best practices, and industry trends to drive campaign success.

Boxes to check

3+ years of experience running Facebook Ads and ---------- Ads, with a proven track record of success.
Strong copywriting skills for ad content—must be able to craft compelling, high-converting ad copy.
Expertise in performance analysis, reporting, and optimization to drive better results.
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret analytics and improve campaign effectiveness.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience managing multiple clients.
Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Ads ---------- , and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
Familiarity with Google Ads is a plus but not required.
Experience using Asana, Slack, GSuite, and Agency Analytics for campaign management and reporting.
Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) in EST to align with client needs.
