We’re looking for an extremely organized and dependable Virtual Assistant to manage an executive’s daily operations and support key projects in the Fashion and Beauty space. This role requires a unique blend of business fundamentals (e.g., accounting and finance) and an arts background (e.g., graphic design, marketing, image editing), along with a passion for style and efficiency. If you are an organized, focused multitasker who thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategy, we want you!
Responsibilities:
• Run an executive’s day by managing their calendar,
• Work on long-term and ad-hoc project-related tasks as assigned.
• Support projects, including conducting research, building presentations, and creating financial models.

Requirements:
• Traits:
o Extremely organized with impeccable attention to detail.
o Fluent in English (spoken and written, with strong grammar skills).
o Focused, dependable, and available for 8 hours per day.
• Skills:
o Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
o Experience with Google Drive for collaboration and file management.
o Familiarity with Adobe Suites (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva for design tasks.
o Knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking and reporting.
o Hands-on experience with Shopify for e-commerce support.
o Expertise across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
• Education & Background:
o A combination of business fundamentals and arts expertise:
? Business: Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles (e.g., budgeting, financial modeling, or coursework in these areas).
? Arts: Background in graphic design, marketing, image editing, or related creative fields (e.g., degrees, certifications, or practical experience).
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
