Google AdWords Specialist (Remote – Perth Timezone)
Are you a Google Ads pro with a knack for running high-performing campaigns? Do you love diving deep into data, optimising ad performance, and keeping up with the latest in PPC? If so, we want you on our team!

About Us
We’re a 100% remote, all-female digital marketing agency based in Perth, helping tourism brands shine online. We’re a small but mighty team, and now we’re on the hunt for a Google AdWords expert to take our clients' campaigns to the next level.

What You’ll Do
? Manage Google Ads Campaigns – Build, optimise, and scale campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube.
? PMax Strategy & Execution – Love it or hate it, we need to know where you stand on Performance Max (and why).
? Keyword Research & Bidding – Find the right keywords, set smart bids, and ensure ad spend efficiency.
? Landing Page Optimisation – Work with our team to align ads with high-converting pages.
? Reporting & Insights – Provide clear, actionable performance reports for clients.

What We’re Looking For
???? Proven Google Ads Experience – At least 2+ years managing Google Ads campaigns.
???? Data-Driven Mindset – You love analysing numbers and making data-backed decisions.
???? Conversion Focused – You know how to craft campaigns that drive real results.
???? Strong Communication – Ability to explain strategy and performance to clients in a clear, non-jargon way.
???? Attention to Detail – To show you’ve read this, mention somewhere in your application how you feel about whale sharks.
