???? About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful researcher to help identify high-quality, paid speaking opportunities for a top keynote speaker. Your role will be to find conferences, corporate events, and industry summits where we can pitch for paid keynote opportunities in business, sales, and entrepreneurship.

This is a high-impact role for someone with experience researching professional speaking opportunities and navigating the speaking industry. If you have worked with speakers before or have experience in conference research and outreach, we want to hear from you!

???? Responsibilities
?? Research & Identify Conferences – Find business, sales, and entrepreneurship conferences that pay speakers.
?? Evaluate Speaking Opportunities – Research event themes, past speakers, audience size, and organizer details.
?? Build a Speaker Pitch List – Compile a database of conferences with key details (application deadlines, submission guidelines, and decision-makers).
?? Track & Organize Data – Keep an updated spreadsheet of opportunities, including follow-up timelines and application status.
?? Provide Strategy Insights – Identify trends and best practices for positioning a speaker for premium, paid engagements.

???? Qualifications
? Proven experience in conference research, speaker booking, or event planning.
? Strong internet research and data organization skills.
? Familiarity with the professional speaking industry and what it takes to book paid gigs.
? Ability to analyze event relevance and target speaking opportunities that align with expertise.
? Experience pitching speakers or coordinating event applications is a BIG plus.
