We are looking for a Digital Designer who specializes in social media graphics (organic & paid ads), website & landing page design, and conversion-optimized funnels. Your role will be crucial in building visually compelling and high-performing marketing assets that engage audiences and drive results.
What You’ll Be Doing:
=> Social Media & Ad Creative – Designing scroll-stopping organic and paid social media graphics that generate engagement and conversions.
=> Website & Landing Page Design – Creating modern, conversion-focused websites and landing pages that look amazing and drive sales.
=> Funnel Design – Designing high-converting lead generation, sales, and webinar funnels.
=> Branding & Marketing Alignment – Ensuring all designs maintain brand consistency while also being optimized for marketing success.
=> Creative Strategy – Understanding marketing goals and translating them into visually appealing and effective designs.
=> Collaboration – Working closely with the marketing team to execute strategic, performance-driven design solutions.
Skills & Requirements:
=> Graphic Design Mastery – Expertise in creating stunning visuals for social media, web, and marketing campaigns.
=> Web & Funnel Design – Experience designing for ClickFunnels, WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms.
=> Marketing & Branding – Deep understanding of how design impacts conversions, branding, and audience engagement.
=> Conversion Optimization – Ability to design high-converting landing pages and ads based on marketing strategies.
=> Tools Expertise – Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD/Figma) and web design tools.
=> Attention to Detail – Pixel-perfect designs that are both visually appealing and effective.
=> Great Communication – Ability to work with teams, follow brand guidelines, and take creative direction.
