Job Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven Part-Time Social Media Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a content calendar across all social media platforms
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content (static, video, reels, stories)
- Use tools like Canva and CapCut to design visual content and edit short-form videos
- Monitor social media channels, engage with the community, and respond to comments/messages
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics using social media and analytics tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand goals and marketing campaigns
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Suggest and implement growth strategies to expand reach and engagement
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
- Skilled in content creation platforms such as Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools
- Strong understanding of social media analytics (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics)
- Experience with content planning and scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
- A keen eye for aesthetics, trends, and branding
Work Schedule & Compensation
