About Us:
I’m building a multi-faceted coaching and consulting brand that includes Hype Lady (mindset and motivation), Hype Method (Growth Strategy Consulting), and Babes + Business (podcast and community for female entrepreneurs). I need a GoHighLevel expert to help automate, optimize, and implement the backend of my brand’s digital ecosystem.

This is for someone who is highly skilled in GoHighLevel (GHL) and can execute my strategic vision with funnels, automation, email campaigns, and membership setup. You must be proactive, organized, and ready to bring ideas to the table!

What You’ll Be Doing:
? Building & Optimizing Funnels – Lead capture, sales funnels, and automation workflows to streamline client onboarding and engagement.
? CRM & Pipeline Automation – Set up automations for leads, clients, and partnerships to ensure smooth follow-ups and conversions.
? Email & SMS Marketing Campaigns – Automate nurture sequences, promotional campaigns, and client retention workflows.
? Membership & Course Platform Setup – Implement my Magnetic Mastermind digital product and free membership community inside GHL.
? Calendar & Booking Integrations – Set up automation for free strategy calls, VIP coaching sessions, and webinar sign-ups.
? Affiliate & Referral Systems – Help implement referral programs and affiliate marketing inside GHL.
? Reporting & Optimization – Track performance, optimize funnels, and make data-driven recommendations.

You’re a Perfect Fit If You:
???? Are an expert in GoHighLevel (GHL) – including funnels, automations, email/SMS marketing, and CRM setup.
???? Have experience working with coaching, consulting, or online education brands.
???? Are highly organized, tech-savvy, and results-driven.
???? Take initiative and can troubleshoot problems without waiting for direction.
???? Have experience integrating GHL with Zapier, Stripe, Calendly, or other automation tools.
???? Understand marketing strategy and can optimize funnels for lead generation and conversion.
???? Can communicate effectively and work independently while staying aligned with brand goals.

Bonus Points If You Have:
???? Experience in lead generation, paid ads, or SEO to help drive traffic to the funnels.
???? Knowledge of Stan Store, ThriveCart, or other course/membership platforms.
???? Worked with insurance, finance, or investing brands before.
???? A strong understanding of personal branding, storytelling, and digital product marketing.
