Hiring: GoHighLevel & ---------- Automation Strategist

(Remote)
We are seeking an innovative automation expert who can revolutionize our processes and drive company growth through creative solutions. In this senior role, you'll not only build advanced workflows in ---------- and GoHighLevel (GHL), but also proactively strategize new automation opportunities and lead client discussions to tailor custom solutions to their needs. Key Details:

Position: Senior Automation Strategist
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM CST
Location: Remote
Compensation: $1,000 – $1,600+ USD per month (depending on experience, with growth potential)

What We're Looking For:

Automation Master – extensive experience with ---------- and GoHighLevel.
Proactive Strategist – anticipates needs and takes initiative to suggest and implement automation improvements, not just execute assigned tasks.
Client-Facing Expert – fluent in English (written and spoken), comfortable leading client meetings to develop custom automation strategies and solutions.
API & Custom Endpoint Specialist – experienced with webhooks and custom endpoint creation, including familiarity with tools like webhook.site.
Process Optimizer – identifies inefficiencies and implements scalable, streamlined workflows.
Clear Communicator – translates complex automation concepts into simple, actionable insights for clients and tea ---------- mbers.
Ownership Mentality – thinks like a business owner, takes ownership of projects, and drives innovation.

Required Skills & Experience:

Advanced ---------- expertise (strong portfolio of automation scenarios).
Expert-level Zapier automation skills.
GoHighLevel – at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
Proven experience with webhooks, custom endpoints, and API integrations (webhook.site proficiency preferred).
Strong ability in automation strategy, workflow implementation, and process optimization.
Excellent communication skills in English, with experience leading strategy sessions or workshops with clients.
Basic coding knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar) – not required but a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation Innovation – Identify and implement new automation opportunities that drive efficiency and growth.
Solution Design – Develop efficient, scalable workflows in ---------- and GHL to solve business challenges.
API & Webhook Management – Set up custom webhook endpoints (e.g., via webhook.site) and manage integrations for seamless system connectivity.
Client Leadership – Lead strategy discussions with clients and implement tailored automation solutions to meet their needs.
Workflow Optimization – Continuously refine and improve existing processes and workflows.
Research & Development – Explore and evaluate new automation tools and integrations to keep us on the cutting edge.
Team Training – Educate and train internal tea ---------- mbers on new automation workflows and best practices.

Technical Requirements:

Hardware: Laptop or PC with at least an Intel i5 processor (or equivalent), or a modern Mac.
Internet: Stable, high-speed internet connection.
Power: Backup power source (UPS or generator) to stay productive during outages.
Workspace: Quiet, distraction-free work environment.
