We are seeking a Production Scheduling Administrator to join our team and play a key role in coordinating reroof installations and managing material orders.
Job Overview:
As a Production Scheduling Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating reroof installation schedules, coordinating material purchases, and ensuring smooth project execution. Your role is crucial in keeping timelines on track, managing vendor relationships, and providing excellent communication with homeowners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain and update scheduling for reroof installations.
-Review and process work orders for material purchases.
-Schedule deliveries and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
-Manage the project calendar, keeping track of deadlines and adjustments.
-Send confirmations and reminders to homeowners regarding scheduled jobs.
-Resolve scheduling conflicts, including those caused by weather or workload delays.
-Notify homeowners promptly about any rescheduled jobs.
-Submit Notices of Commencement for recording.
-Respond to scheduling inquiries via
-Maintain accurate documentation and records of scheduling processes.
-Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
-Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
-Proficient in basic computer skills and office software, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Ability to operate office equipment such as printers and scanners.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Exceptional attention to detail.
-Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is a plus.
