Job Summary
We are seeking full-time Cold Callers/Lead Managers to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential leads and converting them into appointments for our clients in the home service industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contact potential customers by phone to introduce products or services.
2. Use a pre-written script to guide conversations with prospects.
3. Determine the right person to speak with in an organization.
4. Assess if the potential customer is a good fit for the product or service.
5. Arrange meetings for the sales team with interested prospects.
6. Keep detailed records of calls made and the outcomes.
7. Make follow-up calls to prospects who showed interest.
8. Address and overcome objections from potential customers.
9. Enter lead information and call outcomes into the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
10. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
11. Explain product features and benefits to prospects.
12. Create interest in the product or service to secure appointments.
13. Provide regular reports on call activity and outcomes.
14. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
15. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs.
16. Continuously improve cold calling techniques to increase success rates.
Requirements
- Prior experience in cold calling, sales, or customer service with a sales-oriented approach
- Fluency in English (non-negotiable)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle objections and overcome resistance
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve results
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Stable internet connection (Ethernet cable preferred)
Work Environment
- Work from home
- Flexible hours, aligned with US time zones (EST/PST)
- 5 days per week (schedule to be discussed)
Compensation
- Commission focused: $40 per appointment set
- Base pay: $200/month
-OTE: $1000
- Unlimited earning potential - no cap on commissions
- Weekly payments for completed appointments
