Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Marketing Project Manager with a deep expertise in Notion and strong experience with marketing processes. This role focuses on building and maintaining other tools and processes that drive operational efficiency, managing project documentation, and enhancing workflows to best support each marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Documentation & Management:

-Create, manage, and maintain project documentation in Notion, including SOPs, task lists, project timelines, and status reports.
-Manage and execute processes related to internal databases to ensure all relevant tea ---------- mbers can access the system and perform necessary tasks.
-Ensure the structure and organization of Notion databases such as Meta Optimization, PSM Weekly Report, and Creative Asset -Management tools, driving improvements for team-wide adoption.

Notion Workspace Setup & Customization:

-Design and implement tailored Notion workspaces that meet the specific needs of various teams, including intuitive layouts and efficient workflows.
-Conduct workflow audits and develop solutions to streamline and improve operational efficiency using Notion.
-Set up automation systems within Notion, integrating it with other tools and platforms to replace repetitive, manual tasks.

AI Bot Management:

-Oversee internal AI Bots, including updates to its Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and ensuring compliance information remains accurate and accessible.
-Collaborate with marketing team leads on updates and provide guidance to tea ---------- mbers on its use.

Training & Team Support:

-Provide ongoing training and resources to teams, ensuring proper adoption and utilization of Notion and other operational tools.
-Lead team workshops and troubleshooting sessions to ensure smooth operations and optimal use of systems.
-Add and update training videos for the Marketing Services team in the Notion-based onboarding system.

Qualifications:

-4+ years in technical operations & project management in a fast paced environment
-Proven experience as a Notion Consultant or expert, with demonstrated experience in workspace setup, customization, workflow optimization, and automation.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and guide tea ---------- mbers in using tools and systems.
-Familiarity with marketing services, content management, and compliance tools is an advantage.
