Key Responsibilities:
Research & Prospecting:
Identify potential leads using online research, industry databases, social media, and apollo ai.
Develop targeted lists of prospects based on market research and client profiles.
Lead Engagement:
Initiate contact with potential clients via

Collaboration & Strategy:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation strategies and align outreach efforts with overall business goals.
Coordinate with tea
Data Management & Analysis:
Maintain and update lead information in our CRM system (GHL).
Track and analyze lead generation performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to improve campaigns.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation and digital marketing.
Suggest new methods and tools to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or digital marketing within an agency or similar environment.
Strong research and analytical skills with a knack for identifying potential business opportunities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience with social media marketing (LinkedIn B2B and IG),
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to measure campaign effectiveness.
