JOB OVERVIEW

We are a short-term rental (STR) company looking for an applicant to be a remote executive assistant who will manage a team of virtual assistants. This individual reports directly to the business owner and primarily focuses on managing a team of remote Virtual Assistants who are supporting the business needs. We are looking for a leader -- someone who has great communication, is empathetic, can hold employees accountable and is a team player looking to grow with the business.

Team Leadership:
Setting clear expectations and performance goals for tea ---------- mbers
Motivating and inspiring the team to achieve objectives
Providing regular feedback and performance evaluations
Addressing conflicts and resolving issues promptly
Recognizing and rewarding individual and team achievements

Operational Management:
Overseeing day-to-day operations within the department or team
Monitoring team productivity and efficiency
Allocating tasks and responsibilities effectively
Implementing process improvements to streamline workflows
Managing budgets and financial performance within the team

Talent Management:
Hiring and onboarding new tea ---------- mbers
Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for employees
Identifying and addressing skill gaps within the team
Coaching and mentoring tea ---------- mbers to enhance their performance

Skills required for a business manager overseeing a team:
