About Us
Big Leap Brands is a fast-growing marketing agency that specializes in lead generation and brand awareness through paid media. We help businesses scale by creating high-converting ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and outbound B2B strategies. We are looking for a Google Ads Assistant to join our team and drive results for our clients by assisting our Senior Google Ads Specialist.

Role Overview
As a Google Ads Assistant, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns for our clients and our internal businesses under the guidance of our Senior Google Ads Specialist. Your expertise in keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting will be crucial in maximizing ROI and ensuring campaign success. You’ll work closely with our team to develop data-driven strategies that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities
>Develop, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max).
>Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
>Write compelling ad copy and create high-converting landing page recommendations.
>Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve CTR, Quality Score, and conversion rates.
>Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and ensure optimal ad spend.
>Implement tracking solutions (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Conversion Tracking).
>Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients and internal teams.
>Stay updated with Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For
>2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
>Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
>Experience with A/B testing, bid strategies, and audience targeting.
>Proven ability to generate leads and sales through paid search campaigns.
>Excellent written communication skills for ad copywriting.
>Google Ads Certification is a plus.
>Experience working with multiple clients or in an agency environment is a bonus.
