If you live and breathe direct response marketing and know how to edit videos that drive sales, this job is for you.
What We’re Looking For:
• Expert in Direct Response Editing – You know how to create ads that convert, not just look good.
• Deep Understanding of TikTok & Meta Ad Style – You can edit engaging, fast-paced videos with strong hooks, persuasive storytelling, and seamless transitions.
• Experience with E-commerce (Dropshipping or DTC) – You’ve worked on e-commerce brands before and know what works.
• Fast Turnaround – We move fast. You should be able to edit high-quality ads within 24-48 hours when needed.
• Strong Portfolio – Show us examples of your BEST work (we won’t consider applications without this).
Your Role:
• Edit direct response ad creatives using raw footage from UGC creators.
• Add captions, motion graphics, and effects to maximize engagement.
• Implement strong hooks, fast cuts, and compelling storytelling to keep viewers watching.
• Continuously analyze ad performance and refine editing style based on what’s working.
• Collaborate with our creative team to produce multiple ad variations for testing.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut
• Experience with UGC-style editing for TikTok and Meta
• Understanding of CTR, Hook Rate & Watch Time for ad optimization
