About Us:
Remodel Favor is a fast-growing marketing agency that helps residential remodelers and general contractors secure high-ticket kitchen, bath, and whole-home renovation projects through hyper-targeted lead generation, appointment setting, and referral partnerships. We are looking for an experienced Website Developer & Funnel Builder to enhance our website, optimize our landing pages, and improve our conversion funnels to drive more leads and booked appointments for our clients.

Role Overview:
We need a conversion-focused developer who understands how to build high-converting websites and funnels. Your main responsibilities will be:

Revamping and optimizing our website to better communicate our services, case studies, and value proposition.

Enhancing the aesthetics of the website.

Implementing SEO best practices to improve organic visibility.

Ensuring fast load times and a mobile-friendly experience.

Requirements:
Proven experience in website development and funnel building for service-based businesses (experience in the home improvement/remodeling industry is a plus).

Proficiency in WordPress, Webflow, ClickFunnels, or GoHighLevel (or similar funnel-building platforms).

Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and lead generation strategies.
Experience with email automation tools and CRM integrations.

Ability to write or optimize high-converting copy (preferred but not required).

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and tracking conversion metrics.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customization.

Knowledge of SEO best practices and local SEO for service businesses.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate of $8/hr
Potential for ongoing work as we continue scaling.
