Role Overview
We are an Amazon agency looking for an Amazon Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of client accounts. This role is focused on maintaining account health, managing catalog updates, resolving issues, and ensuring everything inside Seller Central is running smoothly and in compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Amazon catalogs including listing updates, variations, flat files, and backend data
Upload and update listing assets including images, A+ content, and copy
Monitor account health and address policy violations, suppressions, and compliance issues
Troubleshoot listing and catalog errors including stranded inventory, detail page issues, and attribute conflicts
Submit and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support to resolve issues
Ensure listings and accounts remain compliant with Amazon policies
Work closely with account managers to execute updates and maintain account stability
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience working inside Amazon Seller Central
Strong understanding of catalog management, flat files, and listing structure
Experience handling account health issues, suppressions, and policy compliance
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable troubleshooting issues and working through Amazon support cases
Familiarity with tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout is a plus
Experience with A+ Content and asset uploads preferred
