JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing residential painting company seeking an experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to lead our paid social media efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative and analytical environment, understands Facebook audience development and funnel strategies, and can optimize high-performing ad creatives.

Key Responsibilities


Facebook
Ads Management & Optimization
???? Strategically plan, create, and manage high-performing Facebook ad campaigns that drive leads and conversions.
???? Analyze ad performance and adjust budgets to optimize ROI while scaling successful campaigns.
???? Conduct A/B testing on different ad creatives, audiences, and copy to maximize performance.
???? Report on campaign performance weekly and collaborate with leadership on strategy improvements.

Creative Content & Video Ads Development
???? Work with local St. Louis tea ---------- mbers (including production managers) to gather content.
???? Edit and enhance video ads using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools to ensure high engagement.
???? Research and bring new ad content ideas from parallel industries to improve campaign effectiveness.


Facebook
Funnel & Audience Targeting Expertise
???? Build and optimize full-funnel Facebook ad strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion).
???? Develop custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies for effective reach.
???? Ensure Facebook Pixel tracking is properly set up, collaborating with other tea ---------- mbers for website integration.

Collaboration & Copywriting Support
???? Work closely with leadership to refine ad copy for maximum impact.
???? Develop and test multiple variations of ad messaging to determine the most effective.

Campaign Management & Reporting
???? Manage a monthly ad budget of $5K+, ensuring ad spend is optimized for lead generation.
???? Scale and boost top-performing content while eliminating underperforming ads.
???? Provide weekly reports on key performance metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications
? 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads with a strong record of lead generation.
? Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and audience development tools.
? Experience with CapCut, Canva, or similar video editing tools for ad content creation.
? Strong understanding of Facebook funnel strategies and lead nurturing techniques.
? Ability to analyze campaign data, track conversions, and optimize for better results.
? Experience scaling and managing campaigns with $5K+/month budgets.
? Strong knowledge of A/B testing, ad placement strategies, and performance optimization.
? Excellent communication skills to collaborate with leadership on ad messaging and strategy.
? Understanding of Pixel tracking and performance measurement, with the ability to work with a web admin to ensure accurate tracking.
? Ability to bring fresh creative ideas and stay ahead of trends in Facebook and digital advertising.
? TikTok Ads experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
???? Part or Full-time: 20-40 hours per week | $4-6/hour USD (Initial 60-day trial period to ensure fit).
???? Private healthcare reimbursement after 12 months of employment.
???? 13th-month pay for all PH-based tea ---------- mbers.
???? Paid bi-monthly.
