Senior Sales Virtual Specialist – High-Ticket Sales (Remote, Full-Time)

• Location: Remote (Philippines-based applicants preferred)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (AEST)
• Company: My Home Design
• Compensation:
• Base Salary: $1,000 – $1,200 USD/month
• Commission: 2% on closed sales up to $200K AUD
• Performance Bonuses:
- $200K–$250K AUD: 1.5% commission on extra sales
- $250K–$300K AUD: 2% commission on extra sales
• Total Earning Potential: $3,000 – $5,500 USD/month (including performance bonuses)

We are looking for a highly experienced, results-driven Sales Specialist who thrives in high-ticket sales and is used to dealing with large revenue targets and big KPIs. This is not a typical sales role—it requires a seasoned sales professional who can confidently close high-value deals, handle high-net-worth clients, and consistently hit six-figure monthly sales targets. Your Role: Full Ownership of High-Ticket Sales

You will be responsible for end-to-end sales management, handling both inbound and outbound sales, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue.

Lead Generation & Sales Outreach
• Proactively identify and engage high-value customers via calls, emails, and social platforms.
• Convert inbound inquiries into confirmed sales with a strong close rate.
• Develop strategies to increase sales volume and client retention.
• Research and target B2C and B2B clients, including interior designers, developers, and trade partners.

Customer Relationship Management
• Handle high-end clientele, providing a personalized and professional sales experience.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value customers.
• Understand client needs, offer tailored recommendations, and manage objections effectively.
• Ensure a high-touch customer service approach, providing timely responses and updates.

Order Processing, Customer Queries & Follow-Ups
• Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to payment.
• Answer questions about customization, pricing, order tracking, and delivery timelines.
• Follow up on pending invoices, quotes, and payments.

Upselling & Cross-Selling
• Identify upselling opportunities to maximize order value.
• Recommend complementary products based on customer needs.

Showroom Sales Support & Appointments
• Encourage showroom visits and assist customers with private appointments.
• Coordinate with the in-store team to ensure a seamless buying experience.

Sales Reporting & KPI Management
• Track sales performance, revenue targets, and conversion rates.
• Provide regular reports on sales progress and identify areas for improvement.

Performance & Sales Expectations
• You are used to working with six-figure monthly sales targets and thrive in a high-performance sales environment.
• You are goal-driven, ambitious, and relentless in closing high-value deals.
• You can manage a strong pipeline of leads, ensuring continuous high sales volume.
• You have experience handling premium products and high-end clients who expect a superior level of service.

Tools You’ll Use
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
• CRM & Sales Management Tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Omnichannel Sales & Communication Platforms
• Shopify & Xero for invoicing and payment tracking
• WhatsApp, SMS, Calls & Email for direct customer engagement

What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in high-ticket sales, business development, or luxury retail.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals ($5K–$50K+ per transaction).
• Experience managing six-figure monthly sales targets.
• Expert negotiation and persuasion skills – confident in handling high-value transactions.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken) – articulate, persuasive, and professional.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently – no micromanagement, just results.
• Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills – ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved promptly.

Compensation & Commission Structure
• Base Salary: $1,000 – $1,200 USD per month
• Commission: 2% on all closed sales up to $200K AUD
• Performance Bonuses:
• $200K–$250K AUD: 1.5% commission on extra sales
• $250K–$300K AUD: 2% commission on extra sales
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (AEST)
